Physical Therapy Services

New Patient Evaluation (60–120 minutes)

A comprehensive first visit that includes:

  • Full history and symptom assessment

  • Movement and pelvic floor evaluation (internal exam optional)

  • Clear diagnosis and root-cause discussion

  • Personalized treatment plan

  • Simple, actionable home program

Treatment Sessions (60–120 minutes)

Ongoing 1:1 care tailored to your needs. May include:

  • Internal and/or external pelvic floor therapy

  • Treatment for bladder, bowel, and pelvic pain conditions

  • Back, hip, abdominal, and tailbone pain care

  • Myofascial release and visceral (organ) mobilization

  • Scar tissue treatment (C-section, hysterectomy, endometriosis)

Virtual sessions available when appropriate.

  • TENS training for labor pain
