How we treat it

Hands-on manual therapy, Prometheus biofeedback and TTNS nerve stimulation where they help, and a home program that advances with you. Flexibility training and postural correction allow for safer resistive weight training, to build stronger bones that prevent and treat osteopenia and osteoporosis, and muscle mass that keeps inflammation at bay and helps treat and prevent insulin resistance.

Common questions

Is it too late if symptoms have been going on for years?

No. We meet women where they are. Most women have never had pelvic floor physical therapy and are just starting in their 40s, 50s and 60s.

Do I need a referral?

No. Georgia allows direct access to physical therapy. After 3 weeks or 8 sessions, whichever comes first, you'll need a referral. We help with this process.
