Postpartum Physical Therapy in Alpharetta, GA

Whether you delivered vaginally or by cesarean, recovery is not something to white-knuckle alone. We rebuild your abdominals, core and pelvic floor so you can return safely to what you love, in hour-long one-on-one sessions.

What we help with after birth

  • Leaking with laughing, sneezing or exercise

  • A separated or bulging abdominal wall (diastasis recti)

  • Cesarean, episiotomy or tear scars that pull or hurt

  • Pain with sex after birth

  • Back, hip and pelvic pain

  • Getting back to running without leaks or pain

How it works

Your first visit is a thorough, unhurried head-to-toe evaluation, and treatment starts the same day. Care combines hands-on work such as scar and myofascial release, a home program that advances each week, and our graded Return to Running program when you're ready. Visits can be in our Alpharetta clinic or by telehealth.

When can I start?

Day one after delivery, via telehealth. In the clinic as soon as you are able to walk.
