Cumming patients who were with us before can pick up right where they left off. If you’re new, you don’t need a referral to start: Georgia allows direct access to physical therapy.

Delivering at Northside Forsyth

If you’re delivering at Northside Hospital Forsyth’s Women’s Center in Cumming, we’re a short drive down GA-400 for birth prep before and recovery after: pelvic floor and core rehab, cesarean scar work, and clogged-duct relief with evening and weekend times available.

1815 Lockeway Drive, Suite 102, Alpharetta, GA 30004 — our only clinic. We no longer see patients in our Cumming location. Telehealth is available for follow-ups.
